FHE in a Tree

We had Family Home Evening one night in a tree, and Claire and Dayton absolutely loved it! Here we are in the lower level of the tree house. Family. It’s about time.

Tech Shirts!

The kids and I all wore Texas Tech shirts one day, so I decided to document it. Go Tech!

Perot Museum

Claire, Dayton, and I went to the Perot Museum with Laura, Belton, and Elizabeth. The play area was perfect for the kids! They raced against different animals, elite athletes, and dinosaurs.

They delivered, bought, and sold fresh produce at the farmers market.

They took their food over to the campsite and ate in the tent.

They played in the water (surprisingly) just a little.

They moved blocks up these conveyer belts and then sorted them into the tubes to send them back to the bottom. (They LOVED this!)

Elizabeth needed to eat!

We got a few family shots. :-)

And on the way out, at closing time, I snapped a quick photo of Claire with this dino. (And that’s why it’s not that great of a picture - it was closing time, and we were on the way out!)

Laura and I went to the Perot Museum again this week just to let Dayton and Belton play. It was fun!

Valentine’s Day

Claire, Laura, Dayton, and Belton made some valentines.

And on the morning of Valentine’s Day, Claire and Dayton were so happy about the valentines they received. 

I went to Claire’s Valentine’s day party at school, too. It was a loving day!

Donuts!!!

One morning before school I took Claire and Dayton to the donut shop for breakfast. It was a hit!(And it was dirty, too!)
