Claire got to color a picture that said, "Here's the scoop, Dad. I love you!"
And afterwards, she got a scoop of ice cream!
She wasn't so sure about having the paint all over her hand and foot, but she was very happy to keep painting after she was all cleaned up!
Looking at pictures of Claire and Dad - I had her tell me what they were doing in the pictures, and it was awesome to hear her answers.
