Drive up the Coast

We drove across the Golden Gate Bridge! It was a foggy morning, but that's usual for San Fran.

We went to Muir Woods first, and then we continued north to see the coast. I thought we had a beautiful drive - even with the fog. We stopped at random lookouts along the way.

We drove north until we got to this beach. We didn't have time to explore it, but we enjoyed the view for a moment!

Look at these mailboxes! I LOVE them!

On our way back to town, we took a detour to drive up to get a better view of San Francisco, I mean, the fog.  Thankfully, we were able to get above the fog, so we saw the top of the Golden Gate Bridge!

And here's our drive back across the bridge.

I'm glad we rented a car and took the time to get a different view of the area. While we were driving around, Jordan and I agreed that, if we go back to San Francisco, we'd like to stay somewhere else - not in the heart of the city. Maybe we could stay in a bed & breakfast along the coast somewhere. Now that would be nice.
