The Birthplace of Anesthesia!

We went out to Massachusetts General Hospital one day to see the Ether Dome, the birthplace of anesthesia. Jordan knew all about the dentist who first administered anesthesia for a surgery. There was a mini exhibit behind the Ether Dome that we looked at first.

In an ironic twist, the Ether Dome was closed for painting when we were there. Jordan said, "Don't they know that there is an anesthesia convention in town this week?"

Those are wonderful signs with great information. Very moving, really. I can't imagine the previous pain! Go anesthesia and go Jordan!
